Cold-rolled steel sheet: As the base material for the production of ZAM steel coils, high-quality cold-rolled steel sheets are usually selected, which have undergone initial rolling and surface treatment.
Alloy coating materials: Prepare zinc, aluminum, magnesium alloy materials, which need to be mixed in a certain proportion to ensure the quality and performance of the coating.
Cleaning: Use chemical cleaning agents or high-pressure water guns to remove grease, rust and other impurities on the surface of the steel plate to ensure that the coating can be evenly and firmly attached to the steel plate.
Pickling: Further removes oxides and other stubborn stains from the surface of the steel plate by pickling, preparing it for subsequent coating treatment.
Melting method: ZAM coating is often applied by melting method. In this process, zinc, aluminum and magnesium alloys are heated to a molten state and then uniformly coated on the surface of the steel plate by dipping, spraying or electroplating.
Curing: After the coating forms on the surface of the steel plate, it needs to undergo a proper cooling and curing process to ensure a strong bond between the coating and the steel plate.
Cooling: After the coating is applied and cured, the steel plate is cooled by a cooling device to prevent deformation caused by excessive thermal stress.
Dressing and inspection: the edge of the steel plate is trimmed to ensure the accuracy of the product size. At the same time, a comprehensive quality test is carried out, including coating thickness, uniformity, adhesion, and physical and mechanical properties of the steel plate.
Winding: The post-treated steel plate is fed into the coiler and wound into a steel coil form for easy storage and transportation.
Packaging: Steel coils are wrapped in moisture-proof and rust-proof packaging materials to protect them from damage during storage and transportation.
Excellent corrosion resistance: The aluminum and magnesium elements in ZAM alloy coating can effectively form a dense oxide film, prevent water and oxygen from attacking the substrate, and maintain the integrity and beauty of the material for a long time, even in harsh environments such as wet and salty.
Excellent scratch resistance: Compared with traditional galvanized steel, this alloy coating has higher hardness and toughness, and can effectively resist mechanical damage during transportation and installation, reducing scratches and wear.
Excellent processing performance: the material has good formability and weldability, suitable for stamping, bending, cutting and other processing technology, to meet the manufacturing needs of complex components.
Environmental protection and energy saving: In the process of production and use, this coating does not produce harmful substances, in line with the requirements of modern industry for green environmental protection. At the same time, its excellent anti-corrosion properties extend the service life of the material and reduce the resource consumption caused by frequent material replacement.
