Maintenance of Stainless Steel Pipe Flange

  1. Check regularly:

Regular flange inspection, including bolts, nuts, gaskets and other parts of tightening and wear.

Check whether the sealing surface of the flange is smooth, there are no rust, scratches and other defects.

  1. Cleaning and maintenance:

Regularly clean the debris and dirt around the flange and keep its surface clean.

For the flange with serious rust, rust removal and anti-rust treatment should be carried out in time.

  1. Replace the gasket:

When the gasket is found to be aging, damaged or deformed, replace the gasket with a new one in time.

If a bolt or nut is loose, tighten it in time.

For long-term operation or frequent vibration of piping systems, flange bolts and nuts should be regularly checked and tightened.

If the flange is found to leak, loose and other faults, should immediately stop and find the cause.
