Product Introduction

Steel tinplate is commonly known as electroplated tin sheet steel, the English abbreviation is SPTE. It refers to a cold rolled, low carbon steel sheet or strip coated with commercial pure tin on both sides.
The main function of this coating is to prevent corrosion and rust, which combines the strength and formability of steel with the corrosion resistance, solder and beautiful appearance of tin. It has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, non-toxic, high strength and good ductility.

Annealing: BA (Batch Annealed), CA (Continuously Annealed)

Advantageous Features
high temperature figure
Durability and stability
First of all, tinplate sheet has excellent hardness and strength. Compared to pure iron, its hardness and strength are increased, making it an ideal material for the manufacture of mechanical parts and tools. Whether it needs to withstand high pressure or high friction occasions, it can show good durability and stability.
luminance figure
Excellent corrosion resistance
Second, the steel has excellent corrosion resistance. Its surface is specially treated and is usually plated with commercial pure tin on both sides, forming an effective anti-corrosion layer that greatly enhances its corrosion resistance. This allows it to maintain long stability and service life in the manufacture of chemical reactors and catalysts that require prolonged exposure to corrosive substances.
equipment manufacturing figure
Good magnetic properties
In addition, tin plate steel also has good magnetic properties. Because it contains a certain amount of carbon, it exhibits high magnetism, making it ideal for manufacturing electromagnetic devices such as magnets and motors. This characteristic makes it widely used in the electronic and electrical industry.
high temperature figure
Great flexibility
In terms of processing performance, it also performs well. It is easy to process into a variety of shapes, whether it is stamping, cutting or welding, it can be easily completed. This gives it great flexibility in the manufacture of various complex mechanical parts and structures.
luminance figure
Low melting point
At the same time, its melting point is relatively low, which makes it easy to melt and cast into various shapes. This characteristic makes it have a wide application prospect in the casting industry.

Production Process Flow

The production process of steel tinplate is complex and meticulous. It requires strict control of the quality and technical parameters at each stage to ensure the quality and performance of the final product.
