The main uses of this pipeline are very broad, including but not limited to the following aspects:

Steel plate preparation
First of all, select the appropriate steel plate as a raw material to ensure that its material, size and performance meet the production requirements. Before the steel plate is sent into the production line, it is necessary to conduct the necessary inspection and pretreatment to remove the impurities such as oil and rust on the surface.

Edge milling
Through the automatic edge milling machine on the two longitudinal sides of the steel plate for double-sided milling, so that it to meet the processing requirements of the plate width. The edge milling machine has the function of automatic plate alignment, and the milling head has the function of floating contour tracking, which can automatically adjust the position of the milling head according to the flatness of the steel plate to ensure that both sides of the steel plate have the same groove shape and size.

Pre-bending
The pre-bending machine is used to pre-bend the edge of the plate, and the edge of the plate is pre-bent to the appropriate curvature to ensure the geometry of the weld area, and prepare for the subsequent molding, welding and expanding processes.

Molding
According to the set process, the steel plate is gradually formed by the forming machine. For example, in the JCOE forming method, the steel plate goes through the "J-C-O" step, that is, it is pre-welded and then gradually formed in the order of J, C and O. This process requires strict control of the deformation of the steel plate to ensure that all parts of the deformation is uniform and there is no obvious stress concentration.

Welding
After forming, the steel pipe needs to go through two processes of internal welding and external welding. Internal welding usually adopts longitudinal multi-wire submerged arc welding on the inside of the steel pipe. This welding method has high production efficiency, good joint mechanical properties and easy control of weld geometry. External welding is welding on the outside of the steel pipe, and it is also necessary to ensure the quality and strength of the weld.

Expanding and straightening
After welding is completed, the steel pipe will go through the expanding process to increase its diameter and improve the geometry of the weld. The steel pipe is then straightened to ensure that its straightness and roundness meet the standard requirements.

Testing and acceptance
Finally, the quality of the finished LSAW steel pipe is tested, including appearance inspection, size measurement, water pressure test, etc., to ensure that its quality meets the relevant standards and requirements. Qualified steel pipes are packed and shipped to their destination for use by users.
