Forged Bar is a material that uses a forging machine to press the billet to obtain the desired shape, size and properties. The forging process can eliminate the as-cast loose and welded holes of the metal, and the mechanical properties of the forging are generally better than those of the same material. This machining method is often used to produce load-bearing components of important shapes, such as lifting hooks, heads of high-pressure vessels, gears and bearings.
IBC Metal Group has an efficient feedstock selection and supply chain management strategy that ensures the quality of its steel feedstock purchases while remaining cost effective. We have established long-term relationships with a number of reliable suppliers to ensure a stable supply of raw materials and reduce production disruptions due to market fluctuations.
