Production Process Of Aluminum Roof

1.Cutting

Cut aluminum alloy raw materials according to the required size to prepare for subsequent processing.

2.Heat treatment

Preheating: the cut aluminum alloy sheet is sent into the heating furnace for preheating to improve its plasticity and facilitate the subsequent rolling operation. The preheating temperature should be adjusted according to the specific alloy composition and thickness.

Heating: continue to heat up to the required temperature range for hot rolling, to ensure that the aluminum alloy plate can be evenly deformed during rolling.

3.Hot rolling molding

Rolling: The preheated sheet is fed into the hot mill to form a corrugated shape through multiple passes of rolling. In the rolling process, the rolling force and rolling speed should be strictly controlled to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the product.

Cooling: The corrugated board after hot rolling needs to be cooled quickly to prevent changes in structure and properties caused by overheating. The cooling method can be air-cooled or water-cooled, depending on the product requirements.

4.Follow-up

Finishing: The corrugated board after hot rolling is trimmed to remove burred edges and uneven parts to ensure a clean appearance of the product.

Inspection: Quality inspection of finished products, including size, shape, surface quality, etc.

Packaging: Packing the qualified aluminum roof for transportation and storage. Attention should be paid to protect the surface of the product during the packaging process to avoid scratches and contamination.

5.Quality control

In the whole production process, the factory will strictly control the process parameters and quality indicators of each process to ensure stable and reliable product quality.
