UNS S31803 duplex seamless pipe is a kind of high performance and corrosion resistant alloy steel tube. Its material belongs to a kind of duplex stainless steel. 1.Excellent corrosion resistance: Duplexsteel pipehas excellent chloride stress corrosion cracking resistance, can resist the erosion of a variety of chemicals. Its pitting corrosion resistance, crevice corrosion resistance and stress corrosion cracking resistance are better than ordinary stainless steel, suitable for high corrosion environment.
2.High strength: its yield strength is much higher than ordinary austenitic stainless steel, about twice. This makes it excellent in bearing high pressure and high load, suitable for high-pressure vessels, bridge structures and other high strength requirements of the occasion.
3.Good welding performance: it has good weldability and can be welded by a variety of welding methods, such as manual arc welding, gas shielded welding, submerged arc welding, etc. The strength and corrosion resistance of the welded joint are equivalent to that of the base metal and meet the requirements of engineering applications.
